Contract Description:
The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) and Columbia Land Trust (land-owner), in partnership with BPA and the Washington Department of Transportation (WSDOT) will conduct restoration actions within the tidal reaches of the Elochoman River and Slough (approximately Columbia River Mile 40).  Construction was expected to occur in the Summer of 2014 under the past contract 64298 for the EXP Elochoman Tidal Restoration, Project Number 2010-070-00, but there were significant delays due to multiple reasons and WSDOT would like to replace the existing undersized cement culvert under State Route 4 at milepost 33.94 and at milepost 34.09.

WSDOT will remove the existing 48" pre-cast concrete pipe culvert (97 linear feet) under State Route 4 at the Elochoman Creek crossing and install a large concrete box culvert (that is 100 linear feet long (20' wide and 12' high).

This contract will be managed and administered by WDFW staff under the WA MOA Scoping contract, 67400, and its continuation contract after 8/31/15, which is currently CR-274854 (with a performance period of Sept.1, 2015 - Aug, 31, 2016).  Quarterly status reporting and an Annual Report will also be provided through the scoping contract.
