Summary:
The Nelson Springs M&E Replacement facility contract is for the purchase, installation and development of a BPA owned M&E Office Complex facility located at the Nelson Springs site. Final deliverable will be a completed M&E Office facility to support the Yakima Klickitat Fisheries Project. This will be a modular M & E Office Complex, including lab, out-buildings, storage and a parking lot. YN will perform all construction management and oversight activities to secure all permits, coordinate and seek bids for a well, sewer system, electrical requirements, site preparation, bullpen fencing, IT infrastructure, facility demolition, and storage. BPA and YN will coordinate for all inspection activities as well as integrate energy efficiency conservation measures into the building design and construction.
