Contract Description:
This contract supports the completion of the use of All-H Analyzer in the anadromous subbasins in te Columbia.  The use of the tool was developed by Mobrand and the Wasington Dept of Fish and Wildlife.  Mobrand houses the tool and all the data that has been entered and verified to date.  This contract will make the data and software available and accessible again so that contractors (hired by the Council) can finish the data verification process by the end of summer 2006.  This is a short term contract for a  long-term need to make the data accessible and support the software to use it.
