Contract Description:
This contract will provide technical support for estuary related BiOp remand issues.  The contractor will aid in development of an approach to evaluate action/projects benefits accruing from the implementation of a set of projects provided by BPA.  The contractor will evaluate the actions/projects for salmonid benefits using the "Esuary Module" and the Lower Columbia River Estuary Partnership's "Habitat Protection and Restoration Project Criteria.  The contractor will work with BPA to refine the evaluation approach and action/project scoring as appropriate.
