Contract Description:
This proposal is to support the design and construction of replacement YKFP M&E facilities at Nelson Springs, WA
Construction Management requires awarding sub contracts for the construction and installation of M&E Office Complex Facility at Nelson Springs.
This will be a modular M & E Office Complex, including a parking lot.
YN will coordinate and seek bids for a well, sewer system, electrical requirements, site preparation, bullpen fencing, IT infrastructure, facility demolition, and storage.

BPA has requested that we integrage the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System standards into the construction of the Nelson Springs Complex.  YN and BPA will coordinate on exactly what conservation measures are reasonable and prudent for this building site.  The LEED rating system encourages and accelerates global adoption of sustainable green building and development practices through the creation and implementation of universally understood  and accepted tools and performance criteria.  LEED is a third-party certification program and the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high performance green buildings. LEED gives building owners and operators the tools they need to have an immediate and measurable impact on their buildings’ performance. LEED promotes a whole-building approach to sustainability by recognizing performance in five key areas of human and environmental health: sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environmental quality.
