The ESA- Habitat Restoration/Rehabilitation Project will be implementing high priority on the ground habitat restoration projects, mainly within the Upper Salmon Subbasin, Yankee Fork Salmon Subbasin, and Valley Creek.  Projects will consist of addressing various issues as stated in the Salmon Subbasin Planning, namely addressing Limiting Factors identified within each subbasin.  The ESA-HRRP will collaborate work and cost share with various agencies, non-profit organization within the Salmon Subbasin, namely, National Oceanic Atmospheric and Administrator (NOAA), U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS), Sawtooth National Recreation Area (SNRA), Idaho Department of Fish & Game (IDFG), Custer Soil & Water Conservation District (CSWCD), Trout Unlimited (TU), University of Idaho (U of I), Idaho State University (ISU) and private land owners.  Habitat projects to be implemented in 2009 through 2010 are as identified, diversion removal on Elk Creek II, and other projects will be developed through terms and agreement with other entities or private landowners to implement habitat work within Salmon Subbasin.
