Contract Description:
This contract covers the expense portion of the Manastash Creek Instream Flow Enhancement Project, which is part of the larger Manastash Creek Restoration Project.  The expense contract involves public outreach to develop water conservation or water acquisition projects for instream flow enhancement efforts on Manastash Creek.  The expense contract also involves project review and coordination with the Manastash Creek Steering Committee. Washington Rivers Conservancy (WRC) is planning the 2nd Manastash Reverse Auction in 2010.  KCCD will assist WRC with the 2nd Reverse Auction.  KCCD activities will include public outreach mailings, public meetings, Auction coordination and assistance, materials and public meeting conference room rentals.
