Contract Description:
The CRITFC Accord Administration Project will provide support for Fish Accord funded projects in several areas:

- Coordination and administration of projects and their contracts
- Managerial oversight and input into projects
- Technical support in the form of technical writing assistance
- Outreach and education on individual projects and Accord efforts as a whole
- Assistance in tracking project implementation and biological benefits

This support in necessary both at an individual level as well as a group level for all CRITFC Accord projects.  As such, each project has contributed a portion of their budget to this project to allow for coordinated support and for ease in billing (verses trying to bill to multiple individual projects).

These efforts also require coordination of people, projects, tribes, and agencies throughout the region and especially with fellow Lower River Tribal Accord signatories (Warm Springs, Yakama, Umatilla).  Salaries and travel funds to that intent are therefore also included in this project.

Outreach, education, and promotion of the efforts agreed to in the Fish Accords is important to both BPA and CRITFC.
