Contract Description:
In this first contract of the new programmatic project, activities will focus on preparing -- in close cooperation with BPA -- an ISRP narrative proposal that satisfactorily passes technical review; defining through a facilitated process a solicitation/selection process for habitat actions to be funded by BPA in the Wenatchee, Entiat, and Methow subbasins, beginning in 2011; further defining UCSRB roles under this project for M&E, reporting, etc.; and developing contracting tools for timely and efficient implementation of habitat actions.  A major focus of this first contract is to articulate the details and the mechanisms to identify and select projects, clarify the watershed coordination tasks relative to this funding source, and to define the management and administration responsibilities associated with this programmatic habitat project.
