Contract Description:
This statement of work details activities necessary to complete HRPP interim facility improvements as described in the Revised Hood River Master Plan.

Funds awarded to the CTWSRO will be used to complete construction of a fish ladder, adult trap and acclimation facility on the West Fork Hood River at Moving Falls, maintenance of the Moving Falls grade control structures and
a seasonal fish trapping facility in the East Fork Hood River at Dee Mill.

Tasks to be completed in this contract period include:

1. Complete final design for a fish ladder and adult fish trap around the Moving Falls grade control structures.
2 Construct Moving Falls fish ladder and trapping facility.
3. Construct East Fork Fish trapping facility.
4. Construct Moving Falls acclimation facility.
5. Repair stream grade control structures at Moving Falls.
6 Secure necessary permits for construction of all Moving Falls facilities.
7. Provide project management and construction inspection.
