Contract Description:
Goal:  To complete a 10 Year Strategic Implementation Plan for all Shoshone-Bannock Tribes' Fish Accord projects.  The Columbia Basin Accords provide a unique opportunity to implement a variety of new and existing projects designed to improve fisheries resources in the Columbia River Basin and enhance habitat for both fish and wildlife.

This is a one-time project/contract under the 10-year MOA to provide support for planning and implementation of MOA work.  The Strategic Plan will identify applicable basin-wide recovery goals, quantifiable project objectives and strategies to meet those goals and objectives within the framework of the Fish Accord.  Budgets may include subcontractors.  This project will provide strategic guidance for Tribal program managers to insure that the projects are planned strategically, scoped adequately, and well coordinated.  The Accord includes 5 new, 6 existing, and 1 expanded Shoshone-Bannock Tribes projects.
