This contract provides partial funding for Oregon Department Fish and Wildlife staff to participate in coordination and consultation efforts related to the implementation of the Northwest Power and Conservation Council's Fish and Wildlife Program.


*   ODFW will fund CBFWA modestly to conduct facilitation, and listening post-type activities (WE A, B & C) using this coordination grant..

*   ODFW will use mostly State funds for their own participation in MAG and Members committees. (WE A, B & C).

*   WE D is largely the responsibility of CBFWA staff and ODFW will contribute an advisory role.

*   ODFW will fund ODFW staff positions and CBFWA technical staff to tackle AFAC, RFAC, RME, etc (WE E & F) using this coordination grant in addition to other State monies.

*   ODFW will use ODFW State and other federal funds for our own participation in WAC, FPAC, FSOC, etc (WE E & F).

*   ODFW will also fund CBFWA technical staff to participate in WAC, FPAC, FSOC, etc (WE E & F).

*   We’ll state monies (conceptually our overhead) to manage the contract, subcontract, and Pisces (WE G & H).

*    Similarly, we expect CBFWA will use much of their Cost Pool funding for contract management activities (WE G).

NOTE:  Wherever the SOW reads CBFWA staff it references CBFWA employees under subcontract.
