Contract Description:
This contract is for a cooperative agreement with the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation for water transaction implementation using the Columbia Basin Water Transactions Program (CBWTP) process as part of the Accord with the Colville tribe. The Washington Water Trust and Washington Water Project of Trout Unlimited is working with the Colville tribe in securing water rights to put instream in the Okanogan subbasin.
