The following scope of services is to be performed by HDR Engineering, Inc. (HDR) to support the ongoing multi-disciplinary implementation process associated with the Manastash Creek Restoration program. This task order is specifically oriented towards: removal of the abandoned dam; the design and integration of a new water control structure at the Barnes Road Diversion Structure.
