Contract Description:
The USFS will use contract funds to transport logs salvaged from the Gnarl Ridge Fire area along Cloud Cap road to storage areas in the West Fork Hood River drainage.   The logs will be used by the Hood River Fish Habitat Project and USFS for fish habitat restoration projects.  

This work will be implemented between June 1, 2013 and December 31, 2013.  The goal of this project is to provide 400-600 logs for fish habitat restoration projects scheduled from 2013 – 2015.

CCR-32161:
The HRPP and BPA is amending this contract during spring 2014 to provide additional funds to the USFS from project 199802100 and to extend the performance period through September 30, 2014 to implement a large wood addition project to Lake Branch Creek and to transport approximately 600 logs from two sites to a staging area for use in stream enhancement project.
