Contract Description:
The goal of this contract is to create graphics and other communication devices for a communication framework in support of the Fish and Wildlife Program’s Research, Monitoring and Evaluation (RM&E) effort.  Effective communication with NW Power and Conservation Council (NPCC) members and other stakeholders is critical to decision making.  Documents and information graphics created under this agreement need to be tailored for policy level and stakeholder interactions, and be clear and easily understood by a well-informed lay audience.

Specific activities will include:

1. Review existing RM&E documents (e.g., MERR, Council Briefings, Stakeholder Presentations)
2. Participate in six 4-hour working sessions with BPA and Council central office staff
3. Develop a draft and final Communication Framework in the form of presentation slides.
