Contract Description:
The CRITFC Accord Administration Project will provide support for Fish Accord funded projects in several areas:

- Coordination and administration of projects and their contracts
- Coordination on project and Accord related issues among the CRITFC tribes, with the federal Accord parties, and within the region
- Managerial oversight and input into projects
- Outreach and education on individual projects and Accord efforts as a whole
- Assistance in tracking project implementation, history, and biological and economic benefits

This support is necessary both at an individual level as well as a group level for all CRITFC Accord projects.  As such, each project has contributed a portion of their budget to this project to allow for coordinated support and for ease in billing (verses trying to bill to multiple individual projects).

Additional work will include Coordination specifically on Avian predation issues and Lower River issues.

These efforts also require coordination of people, projects, tribes, and agencies throughout the region and especially with fellow Lower River Tribal Accord signatories (Warm Springs, Yakama, Umatilla).  Salaries and travel funds to that intent are therefore also included in this project.

Outreach, education, and promotion of the efforts agreed to in the Fish Accords is important to both BPA and CRITFC.
