Contract Description:
This project will improve fish passage in a concrete lined section of Mill Creek in Walla Walla. The Salmon Recovery Funding Board is providing 85% of the funding for this project.  BPA is providing the required 15% cost-share.  The BPA cost-share is coming from two different contracts:  previous BPA contract 65899 ($81,550) and the current CR 284087 ($82,231).  The total of these two BPA contracts is $163,781 which is 15% of the total construction cost of $1,091,614 for the Mill Creek project. The additional funds are being provided by the Salmon Recovery Funding Board.
