Contract Description:

Restoration work will be completed to enhance the floodplain forest habitat at Gail Achterman Wildlife Area. This natural area is owned by the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife and is located adjacent to the mainstem Willamette River a meander bend south of the City of Salem. Bonneville Power Administrations funds will be spent on treatments to control invasive species.
