Contract Description:
This contract provides Bonneville Power Administration with technical and policy support for implementation of the Columbia Estuary Ecosystem Restoration Program (CEERP) and other Fish & Wildlife Program needs. CEERP support activities include assisting BPA with current and future program implementation, assisting partners in the development of actions, performing estuary restoration reconnaissance/feasibility activities as directed, and interacting with ERTG.
Related activities include providing reliable future action implementation information for CEERP managers and executives. This also includes maintaining an accurate geodatabase of estuary actions and maintaining the previously developed landscape planning framework. The contract also provides on-call technical/policy support for establishing a foundation for a CEERP-like strategy for characterizing action implementation potential program-wide.
