Contract Description:
This contract provides Bonneville Power Administration with technical and policy support for implementation of the Columbia Estuary Ecosystem Restoration Program (CEERP) and other Fish & Wildlife Program needs. Activities include:
--assist BPA with current and future program implementation using knowledge & lessons learned from previous implemented projects (policy, implementation/program management tools, ERTG evaluations, BiOp, project performance);
--assist partners in the development of actions, performing estuary restoration reconnaissance/feasibility activities as directed (resource for sponsors in all phases of projects - identification, feasibility, design and construction phases);
--interact with the Expert Regional Technical Group (using past performance knowledge to review/input future work products;
--support Action Agencies in the development of the estuary portion of the 2022 BiOp;
--system support (geo-database, cbfish, LPF, IF)
