Idaho MOA/Fish Accord Water Transactions Contract

The MOA Idaho Water Transactions Program will complement the Columbia Basin Water Transactions Program
(CBWTP) and will utilize the transaction tracking and procedural aspects of CBWTP to enhance the effectiveness of
implementation. The basis of the funding is the MOA signed between the Action Agencies and the state of Idaho for
Idaho-specific projects addressed in the Biological Opinion issued in 2008.
