FISCAL YEAR 2021 OBJECTIVES:

OBJECTIVE 1. Provide coordination of all activities, administrative oversight, project planning and implementation activities.

OBJECTIVE 2. Coordinate and implement Hood River Watershed Action Plan.

OBJECTIVE 3. Assist the East Fork Irrigation District with the Whiskey Creek Sub-Lateral Piping project by cost sharing engineering design, below ground survey work and construction materials.

OBJECTIVE 4. Inspect previously implemented LWD projects to determine if project goals have been met.

OBJECTIVE 5. Complete instream Flow Agreement with the East Fork Irrigation District for the EFID by-pass reach.

OBJECTIVE 6. Maintain existing riparian exclosure fences.

OBJECTIVE 7. Identify and develop stream restoration projects in the Hood River watershed.

OBJECTIVE 8. Partner with the Hood River Soil and Water Conservation District (HRSWCD) and US Forest Service (USFS) to implement the West Fork Red Hill Phase 3 LWD Placement Project.

OBJECTIVE 9. Partner with the HRSWCD to implement Phase I of Neal Creek LWD placement project and design Phase II. Design work occurred under previous contract 77168.

OBJECTIVE 10. Assist the HRSWCD with the Baldwin Creek Water Quality Improvement Project by cost sharing construction materials with an OWEB Small Grant.

OBJECTIVE 11. Re-plant areas disturbed during the East Fork Hood River Mills LWD Project implemented in FY19.
