The Spokane Tribal Fisheries program staff is currently located throughout various locations on the Spokane Indian Reservation, Airway Heights, WA, and Spokane, WA. This contract is to assist with the design of an operation center to be constructed on Spokane Tribe of Indians trust land held in Airway Heights, WA and centrally locate staff to allow for increased efficiency and reduce redundancy in programmatic expenses.
