Contract Description:
This contract aims to address non-recurring maintenance actions that will allow the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation (CTUIR) to better maintain fish screen facilities for which BPA is responsible using RDC funds.

The funds will allow CTUIR to repair, replace, or upgrade fish screens and associated equipment and fish screening facilities in the Walla Walla and lower Umatilla rivers.  The facilities that have been identified for this funding in the Umatilla Basin are the Three Mile Falls Dam left bank fish screening facility, the Maxwell fish screening complex, the Westland fish screening complex, the Feed fish screening complex, and the Stanfield fish screening complex.  The facilities in the Walla Walla Basin include the Garden City Lowden #2 fish screening complex, the Gardena Canal fish screening complex, and the Little Walla Walla fish screening complex.
