Contract Description:
Tenneson Engineering Corporation proposes to undertake the required engineering and construction management services to obtain completion of the proposed flood protection dike work on the Jack Sanders property and adjacent Red Hill Road near Parkdale, Oregon, just south of BPA's Parkdale Fish Facility.  Time is of the essence in carrying ahead with this project to conduct the actual construction during the fall of 2008 (now spring of 2009).

The work will be divided into two phases.  Phase One will consist of the required design and related permitting work to get the project under a construction subcontract.  Phase Two will be the construction management of the selected subcontractor working under Tenneson Engineering Corporation to build the dike, together with as-builts and a final engineering report.

BPA may hire an independent inspector under a separate contract and Tenneson will coordinate with the inspector as needed.
