The Chelan County Natural Resource Department (CCNRD) Wenatchee Complexity contract (200732500) will construct several fish habitat complexity projects to benefit Upper Columbia spring Chinook, steelhead and bull trout. The life cycle of the projects will span several performance periods. The first performance period is from September 27, 2007 through September 26, 2008. During this performance period, the following will be accomplished:
1. Survey, design, permitting, pre-monitoring and construction for CMZ 11.
2. Survey, and beginning permitting for CMZ N4 and CMZ 6.

The Work Elements for this performance period will include:
