Contract Description:
Restore 7 former wetland basins (now dry or drying) in the Desert Wildlife Area adjacent to the Frenchman Hills Wasteway by diverting surface water from the wasteway into the former wetland basins.  Enhance 19 late-succession stage wetlands in the Desert WA adjacent to the Winchester Wasteway by removing accumulated organic material from them and eliminating surface water connection to the wasteway which will allow management of fish populations.
