Contract Description:
The goals of the project are to protect steelhead redds, restore riparian vegetation; increase channel stability and decrease sediment input into Little Bridge Creek.  Target species are Upper Columbia River Spring Run chinook salmon, Upper Columbia River steelhead, and bull trout.

Proposed activities include building 5 miles of fence, one water trough, 300 feet of above ground pipeline, a small stream impoundment, and a cattle guard with a bypass gate for cattle management.  

Fencing will consist of 4-strand barbed wire.  The pipeline will be 1.5-inch PVC pipe and will extend from the impoundment to the trough.  The stream impoundment will consist of an an ecology block such as a 2X2 piece of cement or similar structure.  It will be placed in the creek below the waterline.
