Contract Description:
This contract details activities necessary to complete preliminary and final design of fish weirs and an acclimation facility as described in the Revised Hood River Master Plan.

Funds awarded to the CTWSRO will be used to complete Step II preliminary  and Step III final design for new fish weirs and an acclimation facility at Moving Falls.  Conceptual designs have been identified in the Revised HRPP Master Plan.

Tasks to be completed in this contract period include:

1. Preliminary and final design of West and East Fork adult fish weirs and tapping facility and a seasonal acclimation facility at Moving Falls.
2. Obtaining necessary permits and environmental compliance.
3. Securing access and land use agreements.
4. Project management.
5. Construction planning and budgeting.

Additional task to be completed:
1. Reconstruct access road to and grade site at Moving Falls  Acclimation Facility.
