Contract Description:
Funds from this contract will be used by the CTWSRO complete Phase I upgrades to the the Parkdale Fish Facility.  Final design engineering to supply the facility with water from two new wells was completed under contract 103322.  Specific work to be performed includes:

1. Construction of a well house containing pump controls, an aeration system and emergency power generator.i
2. Installation of a pipeline to deliver well water to the pump house and to the facility.
3. Installation of a discharge header to deliver water to facility ponds.
4. Installation of all necessary electrical and alarm systems to supply well water to PFF.
5. Determination of costs of electricity to power well pumps and water heater.
6. Install emergency power generator and alarm monitor in facility residences.

Construction inspection will be provided by BPA.
