This contract is to pay fees to Nespelem Valley Coop to bring electrical services from a tap to four separate locations:  1) Tap to Residences and RV Site 2) Tap to Main Hatchery Building 3) Tap to Relief Tunnel 4) Tap to Wells

April 2011 Contract change request is to add funds for upgrading Nespelem Valley Electric Co-op substation in order to serve the hatchery load.
