FISCAL YEAR 2011

OBJECTIVE 1.  Provide coordination of all activities, administrative oversight, project planning and implementation activities.

OBJECTIVE 2.  Coordinate and implement Hood River Watershed  Action Plan.

OBJECTIVE 3.  Conduct project effectiveness monitoring to determine extent of  water quality improvement in Neal Creek resulting from completion of the East Fork Irrigation Central Canal project.

OBJECTIVE 4.  Utilize POCIS / SPMD sampling methods to conduct baseline pesticide monitoring in the Hood River subbasin.

OBJECTIVE 5. Conduct Level II stream surveys in Hood River basin.

OBJECTIVE 6.  Acquire logs for instream large wood addition projects.

OBJECTIVE 7.  Add large wood to McGee Creek.

OBJECTIVE 8. Consolidate Hood River watershed restoration information.

OBJECTIVE 9. Construct livestock exclusion fence along Teiman Creek and maintain existing fences where needed.

OBJECTIVE 10. Partner with Columbia Gorge Growers to plant spray buffer vegetation along selected stream reaches.

OBJECTIVE: 11 Provide cost share to Middle Fork Irrigation District to implement Middle Fork IFIM flow study.
