FISCAL YEAR 2012

OBJECTIVE 1.  Provide coordination of all activities, administrative oversight, project planning and implementation activities.

OBJECTIVE 2.  Coordinate and implement Hood River Watershed Action Plan.

OBJECTIVE 3. Complete final report  documenting project effectiveness monitoring to determine extent of  water quality improvement in Neal Creek resulting from completion of the East Fork Irrigation District's Central Canal project.

OBJECTIVE 4.  Utilize POCIS / SPMD sampling methods to conduct baseline pesticide monitoring in the Hood River subbasin.

OBJECTIVE 5. Continue  long term trend pesticide monitoring in Neal Creek.

OBJECTIVE 6.  Partner with Columbia Gorge Fruit Growers to plant spray buffer vegetation along selected stream reaches.

OBJECTIVE 7.  Add large wood to West Fork Hood River to restore fish habitat complexity.

OBJECTIVE 8. Design large wood addition projects in lower portions of West Fork.

OBJECTIVE 9. Maintain existing riparian exclosure fences.
