Contract Description:
The shop will be used for activities related to O&M directly related to maintaining fish passage and RM&E at the Lyle/Castile fishways.  At this time, the shop will not be used for O&M activities related to fish production.

Construction of a 2400 sq ft, all steel shop and relocation of fenced "bull pen," parking / maintenance area.

SHOP
-  shop 60' (length) x 40' (width) with 6" concrete slab
-  plate height 15'
-  roof pitch 4/12 (to match existing structures)
-  continuous ridge vent for ventilation
-  no HVAC, overhangs, gutters, windows or insulation
-  220/110V power
-  colors to match existing structures
-  (2) tall overhead doors and (1) commercial door
