The purpose of this contract is to provide cost share funding to Washington Water Project - Trout Unlimited to provide water efficiency savings in  the Chewuch River (Chewuch Canal Efficiency Project - WEs B and C.) and the Wenatchee River (Pioneer Canal Pipeline Efficiency Project - WEs D, E, and F).
