Contract Description:
The project seeks to improve hydraulic connectivity between the Willamette River and Historical McKenzie River Channel on Green Island by removing a fill plug, breaching a levee and installing a culvert, and replacing undersized culverts with a free span bridge at a rocky ford. The goals of the project are to improve connectivity and fish passage conditions while maintaining road access.  Engineering designs, hydraulic analysis, and permit management was completed under BPA contract #:  55152.
