Contract Description:
In the FY 2014, the Project addressed two main WE regarding research and enhancement on the Fort Hall Bottoms.  The focus were procure a design and engineering team for the Diggie Creek Project and collaborate with Idaho State University Ecology Department in addressing questions regarding efficacy of Project 19901000 on trout populations per ISRP.  Continued monitoring and upkeep of current projects were also conducted at previous sites on the Bottoms.  
Restoration/ Enhancement activities during FY 2015 will follow the Fort Hall Bottoms Assessment which will focus on Spring Creek Head-end Doug's Sloping restoration project.  The process will similar to FY 2014 in which we will produce a design and build per specifications.  Research will continue throughout FY 2015 on the Bottoms in collaboration with ISU Ecology Department, a continuation of the current Independent Contract Agreement in place..  As in previous years, the Project will also address continued monitoring of past projects.  It is also important to note that the completion of buffalo fence been addressed on Clear Creek which will now exclude the Tribal bison herd from riparian, furthering addressing concerns from the BPA, Council, and ISRP, plans to continue enhancement and restoration activities will be proposed in this CR.
