Contract Description:
This project is for the Engineering Design and Specifications for the Chief Joseph Hatchery Relief Tunnel Water Source, or Third Water Source (3WS). The relief tunnel will deliver water from the Chief Joseph Dam to the hatchery headbox and adult holding ponds. This design builds off and updates a 2004 design completed by Tetra Tech. The design contract will be held by the Colville Tribe and the design work will be subbed out.
