Contract Description:
Gardena Farms will perform Operation and maintenance per prescribed procedures of BPA-Constructed fish passage facilities in the Walla Walla Sub-basin, located at Gardena (Burlingame) Ladder and Screens, and Garden City-Lowden No. 2 Diversion Consolidation and Fish Passage Facility. Procedures will be performed on a daily, weekly, monthly and/or annually basis as long as the structures exist.

The primary goal of this project is to increase adult returns of spring Chinook salmon, summer steelhead, and bull trout to the Walla Walla River annually by increasing the survival of migrating juvenile and adult salmonids.
