Contract Description:
CCR-50566 90-day NCTE to complete WE C: Mill Creek Gose Street Fish Passage Design

This contract provides matching funds to two efforts restoring fish passage in Mill Creek:

1) Funds will support continuing design work to correct a fish passage barrier at Gose St caused by the 2020 flood. A SRFB-funded alternatives assessment will result in conceptual designs at the conceptual level in mid-2023. This project will advance the conceptual plans to a preliminary level or higher, leading to construction in 2024 or 2025.

2) Funds will support completion of fish passage improvements in the concrete section of the flood control channel. This will include custom pre-fabrication of "roughness panels," other project supplies (such as habitat boulders), and project expenses (engineering, staff time, insurance, etc.)
