Contract Description:
This 2007 contract under the Albeni Falls Wildlife Mitigation Program Project #1991-061-00, consists of those activities required to obtain mitigation acquisitions for
the construction and inundation of the Albeni Falls  Hydro-Electric project.
The Coeur D'Alene Tribe, Kootenai Tribe, Kalispel  Tribe and Idaho Department of Fish and Game implement this project programmatic under the Albeni Falls Workgroup, which ranks and approves projects presented before the group.

Some Activities include: Title Searches, Cultural Resource Surveys (CRS), HAZMAT surveys, Tribal and State Heritage Preservation Office concurrence letters on the Cultural Resource Survey, Fulfilling NEPA requirements, Developing Purchase and Sale Agreements, Determining if BPA relocation services are required, Habitat Unit Crediting Letter prior to closing, Federal Appraisals and the audit of said appraisals by BPA, Coordinating escrow services, Operation and Maintenance activities, Enhancements, Management Plan Development, Regional Coordination efforts and Research, Monitoring and Evaluation.
