Contract Description:
The Upper Lemhi River Restoration Planning contract provides the Idaho Office of Species Conservation (OSC) with funding to cover subcontracted expenses associated with on the ground implementation of salmon and steelhead recovery projects in the Lemhi watershed.  Habitat projects will be implemented for 2008-602-00 Upper Lemhi River - Restoration and 2008-606-00 Lower Lemhi Habitat - Restoration.  

In 2008, Idaho's Governor directed that all funding and contracting for Idaho's Accord projects was to go through the OSC.  OSC manages individual projects as needed to ensure adequate oversight and provide that all state agencies and their partners work in a coordinated fashion.  OSC will provide contract oversight.  Implementation work will be completed by a subcontractor, Lemhi Soil and Water Conservation District (District).  

Deliverables under the contract include project implementation support.  The subcontractor will also assist BPA's Environmental Compliance Lead to ensure that environmental compliance requirements are met during habitat project implementation.
