Contract Description:
This contract covers the expense portion of the Manastash Creek Instream Flow Enhancement Project, which is part of the larger Manastash Creek Restoration Project.  The expense contract involves public outreach to develop water conservation or water acquisition projects for instream flow enhancement efforts on Manastash Creek.  The expense contract also involves project review and coordination with the Manastash Creek Steering Committee. Trout Unlimited, Washington Water Project (TUWWP), is planning the 2nd Manastash Reverse Auction in 2011-2012.  KCCD will assist TUWWP with the 2nd Reverse Auction and other acquisition projects.  KCCD activities will include public outreach mailings, public meetings, Auction and acquisition coordination and assistance, materials and public meeting conference room rentals.
