Contract Description:
This contract will support deferred and non-routine maintenance actions that will be addressed through funds made available under the FY22 Power Reserves Distribution Clause (RDC). Consistent with the Administrator’s January 2023 decision, these funds are intended to address, on an accelerated, one-time basis, high priority maintenance needs of existing assets. This contract covers maintenance actions at STOI's Spokane Tribal Hatchery. This contract may be amended or extended to address high priority maintenance actions up through FY27.
