Reserves Distribution Clause - Asset Management
Summary:
This project provides a distinct location for contracts that support deferred and non-routine maintenance actions that will be addressed through funds made available under the FY22 Power Reserves Distribution Clause (RDC). Consistent with the Administrator’s January 2023 decision, these funds are intended to address, on an accelerated, one-time basis, high priority maintenance needs of existing assets.

This project contains one contract for each sponsor (13 in total). Some contracts address deferred and non-routine maintenance actions at multiple facilities. The specific maintenance action and facility is specified at the WE level. EFW leadership has targeted complete RDC execution by the end of FY28. Most contracts have a performance period of 2-3 years but some may be exteneded if necessary to accomplish all tasks.
