Summary:
This project/contract is envisioned to be renewed as needed to provide support for planning, development, coordination, and administration of the ten projects identified under the 10 year Idaho Accord any substitute projects, and any additional contracts that may be agreed to by the parties. This contract covers BPA Project #'s 200860100, 200860200, 200860300, 20086040, 200860500, 200860600, 200860700, 200860800, 200740200 (expanded), 200201301 (expanded) , and 199005500 (expanded). This project provides for personnel and incidentals to support Idaho's Office of Species Conservation (OSC) in accomplishing the aforementioned actions on the 10 specified projects. It is understood that as the 10 projects mature OSC's role will evolve from project planning and development under this contact to project coordination and administration as needed under each of the 10 BPA projects this contract covers.

Deliverables under this contract include Narratives to ISRP; Responses to ISRP Comments; Project Identification; Project Scoping; development or renewal of subcontracts; administration of subcontracts; MOA/MOUs with other Idaho entities receiving funds under the Idaho Accord; as well as all budgeting and reporting as required.

Separate contracts for actual implementation will be developed or renewed as need to accomplish the objectives under the 10 projects identified in this narrative.
